What the Job Involves
This role involves conducting financial assessments for service users receiving chargeable care services to evaluate their capacity to contribute financially. You manage administrative and financial routines to collect care charging income, handle billing, statements, and debt chasing, and address customer account inquiries. You will work collaboratively with team members and other departments, provide customer service in resolving care charging queries, and contribute to audits, system development, and training new staff.
