You are a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for early childhood education and care. You excel in working within a multi-disciplinary team and are committed to providing high-quality early years curriculum and care. You have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and are dedicated to fostering a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children from birth to 7 years.
What the job involves
The role involves providing integrated day care and early education, contributing to planning and delivering a high-quality early years curriculum with a commitment to anti-discriminatory practice. You will promote children's development within a secure environment, assess children's overall development, and support their transition from home to the center and from center to school. You will manage children's behavior, provide physical care, and work in line with Child Protection procedures. Additionally, you will assist with outings, support individual movement programs, aid with first aid provision, and work flexible hours between 8am and 6pm.
