Who You Are

You are a dedicated Transformation and Improvement Consultant with a passion for enhancing adult social care services. You are committed to supporting ongoing service improvements and preparing for CQC regulations and inspections.

What the Job Involves

Your role involves supporting the Adult Social Care Department in their efforts to improve services continuously. This includes preparing for upcoming CQC inspections by gathering pertinent evidence in accordance with the recently updated CQC Inspection Framework for Local Authorities. You will have agreed deliverables for each day of work.
