You are responsible for overseeing children under various care plans and preparing legal documentation for court proceedings. Additionally, you will design and implement care plans, handle referrals, manage casework autonomously, and maintain up-to-date records. The role also involves actively contributing to best practices within the team, reflecting on personal professional development, and ensuring the identification and fulfillment of diverse needs of the children and families you work with.
