Who You Are
We are looking for a highly organised, efficient, and motivated individual to provide support to the Director of Children’s Services Transformation and be part of the Executive Support Team in the People Department. You should have excellent administrative and organisational skills, be able to work under pressure, manage your own workload, and use your initiative effectively.
What the Job Involves
Your role includes providing efficient administrative support across the team and project support to the Director who leads the Families First Partnership programme—a national initiative to enhance children’s social care through early, family-focused support and multi-agency collaboration. You will manage and prioritise busy workloads, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and work flexibly to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
This role is initially office-based from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays typically designated for working from home. There may be a need to work from the office on Fridays based on business requirements. The office working arrangement can be reviewed after a short period.
