Who You Are

You should have some experience in preparing and cooking food and possess a reasonable level of communication skills. You must be aware of hygiene procedures regarding cleanliness and food storage, including food rotation. An ability to complete simple forms and read basic instructions in English is necessary. Also, you must have received an introduction to Food Hygiene training and possess verified photo ID. It is essential you are presentable with high standards of personal hygiene, without wearing any jewelry or nail polish.

What the Job Involves

The position involves assisting in providing the catering service to the standards required by the authority. This includes covering any shift work for candidates who do not already have a placement. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food storage regulations and instructions.
