What the Job Involves
This role is situated in the Front Door Service. As a Family Support Worker, you will be responsible for screening and triaging referrals to assess levels of need and risk. You will coordinate appropriate support for families, working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure a cohesive service. Engaging directly with families, you will provide guidance and signpost to early help services in Plymouth, while identifying and responding to any risk factors. Continuous professional development will be supported, and you will fulfill information requests from partner agencies professionally.
