What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility will be to support the safety and compliance of council high-rise buildings. This involves conducting regular inspections, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including housing management and residents, to address safety concerns and maintain a safe living environment. Additionally, you will support business administration tasks within the Estate Operations Team.
