What the Job Involves
Your role involves providing a wide range of evidence-based interventions to support children, young people, and families. You will conduct holistic assessments, plan and deliver support programs, and manage a diverse caseload as the Lead Professional when necessary. You will engage with families to facilitate positive change, deliver group sessions, maintain accurate case records, and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and effective communication with service users and professionals are crucial aspects of your role.
Skills
- NVQ Level 3 in social care, childcare, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing complex cases
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Experience with multi-agency collaboration
- Proficiency in report writing and record maintenance
