Who You Are
We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Head of Curriculum & Quality SEND Manager to lead and manage a team within our SEND provision. You should have specialist SEND management experience and be a qualified specialist SEND teacher. Additionally, experience with safeguarding vulnerable adults is crucial as you will be acting as a Safeguarding Officer. You should be ready to drive improvement, growth, and development of our SEND curriculum.
What the Job Involves
The successful candidate will oversee a range of programmes across the curriculum, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and the strategic priorities of both the College and the Council. You will lead the development, growth, and sustainability of a viable SEND curriculum and play a key role in the improvement and delivery of allocated curriculum areas. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control by managing Tutors, Assessors, and IQAs, consistently delivering exceptional learning experiences, and building partnerships with employers and community organizations to support the College's mission and strategic plans.
